What we hold
The membership application asks for identity details, contact information, and the funding sources you choose to connect. The app keeps device-bound credentials so support staff cannot ask for a passkey.
How it is used
Information is used to open and protect the account, to meet verification requirements, and to operate concierge and partner access. It is not sold.
